1. General provisions

Welcome to the Pametan Tiket Account, the central account system available at nalog.pametantiket.rs. The account provides sign-in and user features across:

• pametantiket.rs and pametantiket.com,
• fudbalstatistika.rs and fudbalstatistika.com,
• poeniigraca.rs and poeniigraca.com.

By creating an account, signing in or using account-based features, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

The service operator is MARKO BELOICA PR WEB PORTALI MARBEL TECHNOLOGIES KRUŠEVAC. The account product and user-facing service operate under the Pametan Tiket brand.

2. User account

Some features require an account. You must provide a valid email address and keep your account information accurate and up to date.

Your password is personal and confidential and must not be shared. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account except where applicable law provides otherwise.

If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password and contact us without delay. We may require re-authentication, revoke sessions or temporarily restrict an account to protect the user or the service.

3. Single sign-on across connected platforms

Pametan Tiket Account uses centralized authentication. One account can be used across all six listed domains. Connected platforms do not receive your password; after successful authentication they receive only the information necessary to confirm identity and authorized access.

Access to particular functions may depend on the platform, account status or active plan. Being signed in does not automatically grant access to every current or future feature.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the service only lawfully and in a way that does not harm the service, other users or third-party rights. You must not:

• attempt unauthorized access to another account, administration area, API, database or infrastructure;
• bypass security, access, rate-limit or Premium controls;
• automatically scrape or copy substantial amounts of content without prior permission;
• disrupt the service, deliberately create excessive load or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities;
• use the service for fraud, abuse, unlawful activity or infringement of third-party rights;
• resell account access or protected content without written permission.

5. Sports content, statistics and predictions

Statistics, success rates, trends, models, picks, estimates, rankings, predictions and other sports data are informational and analytical content. Sporting events are inherently uncertain and no figure, percentage or model guarantees a future outcome.

The content is not financial, investment or professional advice. Users make their own decisions. If a user relies on the information in connection with betting or gambling, that user is responsible for complying with the laws, age restrictions and rules applicable in their jurisdiction.

Pametan Tiket Account and the connected platforms do not accept bets, hold betting balances or operate games of chance.

Some data may originate from external sports data providers and APIs. While we aim for accuracy and timely updates, delays, incomplete data, later corrections and technical errors may occur.

6. Free and future paid features

Some features may be free while others may be marked Premium or included in a separate plan. If paid services are introduced, the price, billing period, scope of service and any applicable cancellation or refund terms will be shown before purchase.

Creating an account alone does not create any payment obligation.

7. Intellectual property

The platform design, software, structure, text, visual elements, original analyses, data organization, logos and other protected elements belong to the operator or the relevant rights holders.

You may not reproduce, mass-copy, redistribute, sell, republish or build a competing database from protected content without prior written permission, except where expressly permitted by law.

8. Third-party data, content and services

Some sports data, links or technical services may be provided by third parties. Their availability and accuracy may depend on those providers. A link to an external site does not mean that we control its content or privacy practices.

9. Availability and service changes

We aim to keep the service stable, secure and available, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, security work, hosting or API provider issues and other technical events may temporarily restrict access.

We may change the interface, functionality, technical implementation or scope of the service for development, security or compliance reasons.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on sports predictions, statistical estimates or information that is not presented as a guaranteed result.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Suspension, deactivation and account deletion

We may temporarily restrict or suspend an account where there is reasonable suspicion of compromise, automated abuse, unauthorized access attempts or a serious breach of these Terms.

You may stop using the service and request account deletion. Certain information may be retained where required for legal obligations, dispute resolution, system security or the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version and effective date will be published on this page. Where a change is materially significant to registered users, we may also provide notice through the account or by email.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, subject to mandatory consumer and other rights that may apply to an individual user.

We will first seek to resolve disputes amicably. If that is not possible, jurisdiction will be determined under applicable law.
